2. Data Sources & Verification

All financial data on StoxPulse comes from authoritative, verifiable sources:

• SEC EDGAR — Primary source for all SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Form 4), insider transactions, and financial statements. Data is fetched directly from the SEC's public XBRL and full-text APIs.
• Finnhub — Real-time stock quotes, analyst recommendations, company profiles, and financial news from licensed data providers.
• Financial Modeling Prep — Historical financials, ratios, balance sheets, cash flow statements, earnings surprises, price targets, and upgrades/downgrades.
• Earnings Call Transcripts — Sourced from SEC filings and licensed transcript providers. Every AI analysis references the original transcript.

We do not fabricate, extrapolate, or estimate data points. If a data point is unavailable, it is displayed as unavailable — never guessed.

3. AI Analysis Methodology

StoxPulse uses Google Gemini AI to analyze financial documents. Our AI analysis process:

• Earnings Analysis — AI reads the full earnings call transcript, extracts key metrics (revenue, EPS vs. estimates), scores management sentiment on a 1-10 scale, detects hedging language and red flags, and generates a structured summary.
• Filing Analysis — AI processes SEC filings to identify material changes, risk-factor updates, and significant disclosures. Summaries are presented in plain English alongside the original filing reference.
• News Scoring — Financial news is scored from 1-10 for importance and sentiment by AI, filtered to remove noise and highlight material developments.
• Pulse Score — Our composite stock scoring system (0-100) combines five dimensions: Value, Growth, Health, Momentum, and Sentiment. Each dimension is scored 0-20 based on quantitative financial data, not opinions.

4. AI Disclosure

StoxPulse transparently uses artificial intelligence throughout its platform. Specifically:

• Earnings call summaries, filing translations, and news sentiment scores are generated by AI (Google Gemini 2.5 Flash).
• AI-generated content is clearly labeled as such across the platform.
• Every AI analysis includes source references so users can verify key claims against the original documents.
• AI confidence indicators are displayed when available. Low confidence results are flagged.
• Blog articles may be AI-assisted but are reviewed by the StoxPulse editorial team before publication.

5. Content Standards

All content published on StoxPulse adheres to these standards:

• Factual accuracy — Claims are backed by verifiable data from official sources (SEC filings, company reports, licensed data feeds).
• Source citation — Data points include their source. AI analysis references the original document.
• Timeliness — Financial data is updated daily. Blog content includes visible publish and last-updated dates. Outdated content is updated or removed.
• Objectivity — We present analysis, not opinions. StoxPulse does not make buy/sell recommendations or provide personalized investment advice.
• Clarity — Financial jargon is explained in plain English. Complex concepts link to our glossary of 100+ financial terms.

6. Corrections & Updates

When we identify errors in our content or analysis, we correct them promptly:

• Factual errors are corrected immediately upon discovery, with the correction date noted.
• AI analysis errors are flagged and re-processed when source data is updated.
• Blog articles are updated when new information becomes available, with the “Last updated” date reflecting the change.
• Users can report errors via our contact form. All reports are reviewed within 48 hours.

7. Independence & Conflicts of Interest

StoxPulse is independently operated. We do not accept payment from companies to influence their analysis, scores, or coverage. Our revenue comes solely from user subscriptions. We do not offer affiliate links for stock trading platforms, and we do not sell user data to third parties.
